Our management team has more than 45 years of restaurant experience and is dedicated to creating a professional work environment where employees thrive. Managers take the leadership approach while training, coaching and most importantly working along side staff to create a fun and energetic work environment. D. Coy Duck's has full and part time server and bartender positions available today. Day and night shifts are available. Previous restaurant serving experience preferred but not required. We are willing to train motivated candidates. We guarantee $12.50 per hour however most servers make $18+ per hour. We provide a professional work environment, training, Team Alcohol Management certification, employee meals and discounts, uniforms, and room for advancement into team leader and management positions. We are looking for individuals that can help execute D. Coy Duck's menu insisting on adherence to standards and recipes so that our guests always get a consistent, quality meal. In addition, we want to tap in to your creative side using your skills and knowledge to plan and prepare home made soups, quality lunch and dinner features from home cooked comfort food to extraordinary cuisine. Full and part time positions for Kitchen Manager, line and prep cooking are available today. Previous restaurant kitchen experience preferred but not required. We are willing to train motivated candidates. Pay based on job placement, experience and availability.
